Nkata Africa’s youth training programs cater to children aged 4-18, focusing on building confidence, public speaking skills, and social awareness. Through age-appropriate content, our programs inspire children to articulate their ideas and connect with others effectively.
Foundation Program: Designed for beginners, this program spans 4-6 sessions and introduces children to basic public speaking and self-expression. With a supportive environment, children learn foundational skills in a way that helps them gain confidence and overcome shyness. This program is ideal for younger age groups (4-12) just beginning their journey in communication.
Legacy Program: This advanced curriculum equips older children (13-18) with diverse skills beyond public speaking, incorporating activities in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, poetry, drama, advocacy, and podcasting. Additionally, it prepares students for prestigious international competitions like Model UN and the World Scholars Championship, providing a foundation for children to excel in global arenas. Past enrollments include students from prominent schools such as the International School of Lusaka, Trident College, and Kalulushi Trust School. Over 200 students have completed this program, each gaining unique, multifaceted skills that enhance both academic and personal development.

Nkata Africa partners with schools to offer public speaking and leadership training as part of their extracurricular offerings. Our programs are designed for primary and secondary students (ages 4-18) and are held exclusively for enrolled students, integrating essential skills into the broader educational experience.
Customized Public Speaking Curriculum: Tailored for specific age groups, our curriculum builds students’ confidence, articulation, and persuasive abilities. Each session is led by expert facilitators who guide students through engaging activities that bring out their best.
Event and Program Management: Nkata Africa supports schools by organizing speaking events, managing the curriculum, and providing access to international platforms like Model UN and the World Scholars Championship, enabling students to compete and engage on a global scale.
Enhanced School Programs: Partner schools benefit from a robust extracurricular program that distinguishes them as leaders in well-rounded education. By offering this program, schools like the International School of Lusaka and Kalulushi Trust School have fostered a reputation for nurturing confident, articulate young leaders.
With a target enrollment of 50 students per school, Nkata Africa’s program currently serves over 173 students across Zambia. Schools benefit from the additional exposure and partnership with a reputable organization committed to educational excellence.
